Sunrise Walk in Fairyland

Our guide will meet you in the hotel and we will start our tour just before sunrise (pick-up time will be advised one day before). We start our tour by trekking down through Meskendir Valley to Red and Rose Valley; you may see colourful hot-air balloons floating in the sky. There are many different types of flowers in summer in the valley and you will see various, strange rock formations, some like fairy chimneys as well as old houses carved out of the rocks. We will also visit some churches which date from the 4th century AD and were carved out of the rock formations, some with still visible, beautiful frescoes. Our finish point is in Cavusin Village, where we will have a local, tasty Cappadocian breakfast before you are dropped off at your hotel.
