After being picked up from your hotel, you will be taken to the Jogyesa Buddhist Temple which is the centre of Zen Buddhism in Korea.
Next, you will visit the Gyeongbok Palace, the most beautiful palace which remains the grandest of all the five palaces.
Before you enter the palace, you will get to see the Changing of the Guard ceremony.
Your last destination in the morning time will be the history center called Cheongwadae Sarangcha that gives you a chance to follow in the footsteps of presidents of Korea and gain insight into the history of Seoul.
Before starting the afternoon part of the tour, enjoy a stop for lunch in the Myeongdong area, where you will have chance to choose out of Bulgogi and Bibmbab.
If you are looking for sights in Seoul that are representative of the Korean tradition and culture, there is nothing higher up the list than the Changdeokgung Palace in the heart of this bustling metropolis. No wonder some 200 visitors come and see the place every day. It is frequented not only by tourists from foreign countries but by many Koreans themselves.
Changdeok Palace was built in 1405 by King Taejong, Changdeok is the best preserved of all of Seoul’s palaces. It has its own unique architectural beauty including a pond in harmony with the old palace buildings, provide a serene and cozy atmosphere for all to enjoy.
According to the Korea Tourism Organization, the best time to visit the palace is in autumn, when the leaves start to fall. During winter, the palace’s roof is powdered with white snow.
All the palace buildings were actually destroyed by fire during the Japanese invasion of 1592. Changdeokgung was restored in 1610 and served as the main palace for 270 years including the dynasty’s last king, Sunjong.
Next on the agenda is a visit to the Insadong Market:The most reliable place to purchase antiques in Seoul. You may browse antique shops, art galleries and secondhand book stores. If you didn´t find anything to buy at Insadong? Don’t worry! There is more shopping at Namdaemun Market, first opended in 1964. It is the largest traditional market in Korea with 10,000 retailers, vendors, wholesalers.
The best way to enjoy this massive market is just to wander aimlessly and get lost in the maze like alleyways. Namdaemun Market is a great place to stroll through during the day or at night, even if you are not planning to buy anything.

Nanta is Non-verbal performance integrating Korean traditional 'Samulnori rhythm' with comic and drama in the kitchen. Audiences of all ages and nationalities can enjoy.
NANTA combines rhythms from Korean folk music with modern musical forms to create an experience very unique but familiar to the international audience. As an ameliorated mixture between Korean traditional rhythm and modern audio system, NANTA became a super-rookie in the world culture market.
Nanta Theater is located in Myeongdong area. Please feel free to spend your personal time at Myeongdong area for dinner and shopping. But please make sure that you need to get back to your hotel on your own.
