Hot Air Balloon Tour We will start our day in Cappadocia with the fantastic hot air Balloon tour in the sunrise and our driver will pick you up from the hotel in the early morning at 5am (summer time). We take you to the balloon departure area for breakfast and briefing. The duration for the balloon flight is one hour, after the balloon tour we will finish with a celebration and champagne. And you will go to the hotel. Private Tour Göreme Panorama Our second tour today start at 11am (can change depends on your request), our guide will meet you in the hotel and we will start our tour with visiting Göreme panorama point. Göreme which have the old names of Korama, Matiana and Maccan is 10 km far away from the center of Nevsehir province. Located among the “fairy chimney” rock formations, is a town in Cappadocia. The valley created from volcanic rocks is famous with the chimney rocks resulting from the erosion made by the natural factors to these rocks and with the historical richness. The formation of fairy chimneys continues, clearly as in Red Valley Mountain and Zelve Mountain. Göreme Open Air Museum Now visit the Göreme Open Air Museum where you can see several churches built into caves by Christians between the 10th and 13th centuries. In the museum you have a chance to visit several different churches and chapels: Saklı Church, Kılışlar Churh, St Basil Church, Yılanlı (Onuphrius) Church, St Catherine’s Chapel and Çarıklı (Sandal) Church and the monks’ refectory, tombs, cellars and larders. Paşabağ Panorama The next stop is in Paşabağ where you can see mushroom-like fairy-chimneys with multiple caps and stems situated in the middle of a vineyard. Then walk through Pasabaglar, used to be known as Valley of Monks. Avanos After Pasabag, you go to Avanos, a small town known for its ceramics. Avanos (the former names are Zu-Vinessa or Venessa), situated by the river of Kizilirmak or Halys River from ancient times as Herodes called it. Avanos which was settled on both edges of the Red River is one of the tourism center in the region. Here is the places in which ateliers of ceramics are worked, soil is shaped and cooked in order to make pots and pans. No one can find such nice handmade arts in anywhere in the world at this price. There you have lunch and also visit a ceramics workshop where you can see how pottery is made and decorated. Devrent Panorama After Lunch in Avanos, you will be able to see Devrent Valley, and also Zelve Valley, you most probably won’t want to stop taking pictures of these areas. Devrent valley and its strangely shaped fairy chimneys. In Devrent valley you can view rocks of different shapes, there is one that resembles a camel. Ortahisar Panorama (Sunset) The last stop is Red Valley Entrance; Ortahisar Panoramique point. In the end of the day; you will take unforgettable photos where from red to yellow-colored fairy chimneys. The sun goes down here any other kind.
