There are a number of fantastic hiking routes to the summit of Table Mountain that require moderate fitness and offer an extraordinary nature experience right in the heart of the city. We will hike up Table Mountain either via Platteklip Gorge or Skeleton Gorge through the spectacular Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Once we’ve arrived at the top, the opportunities for taking stunning pictures and getting endless incredible views of Cape Town and surrounds will be astounding! But wherever you are – top or bottom – the views, nature experience and beautiful, rich fynbos are impressive. There may be times when you forget that the city is really not so far away. Your professional, knowledgeable and qualified mountain guide will ensure your safe passage to the top of this iconic mountain (weather permitting). If you find you are too tired to walk down, you have the option of taking the cable car (for guest’s own account).
