Half Day Penang Handicraft Experience

Head to the Penang Batik Factory – one of the pioneers of batik manufacturing on the island set in Teluk Bahang. We will drive through the hills and enjoy the lush greenery of tropical rainforest dotted with fruit orchards and spices. We will stop by the local street stalls to have a look at the many varieties of fruits and spices produced locally. Afterwards, we will drive pass some traditional Malay villages and paddy fields. We will continue to the Penang Snake Temple which is home to several resident venomous Wagler’s pit vipers and green tree snakes. The temple is also known as the Temple of the Azure Cloud or Pure Cloud Temple. Lastly, we will stop at local products shops where we can sample the infamous Penang white coffee.
