Great Wall - Mutianyu and Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City, and Jade Arts Appreciation - Private

The Forbidden City, also known as the Palace Museum, is the largest and most well preserved ancient imperial residence in China today. Then we will visit the the Jade Carving Factory, to appreciate all sorts of Jade Arts. Jade carving is a very famous local product, not only because of the excellent skill of carving, but also because it mixes many Chinese traditional cultures.then we later drive you to a beautiful local restaurant to enjoy a great Chinese lunch. After lunch, driving to Mutianyu Great Wall (approximately 1.5 hour drive), known for its beautiful surroundings, dense woods and rich pastures which change colours with the seasons of the year. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, Mutianyu section of Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. If you want to reach the highest point, the cable car is a good choice (Carble car fee is not included and must be paid for on the spot.)
