On pre-arranged time we depart from the hotel towards the Moon Valley (Valle de la Luna), a spectacular earth formation near the city, created by the wind and erosion of the area, we continue visiting the residential areas of the south part. We also visit the Killi Killi panoramic viewpoint, from here is possible to see a great part of La Paz; then we go to the calle Jaen, where is located the Gold Museum (Museo de Oro) that has a permanent exhibit of a collection of pieces made of gold by the Tiwanaku and Inca cultures. Continuing our visit, we see the main square Plaza Murillo, where the government buildings are located, such as the Palacio de Gobierno, Senate and the Cathedral.
